PM Modi and Amit Shah to attend Ekta Diwas celebrations on Sardar Patel’s birth anniversary

Sardar Patel Birth Anniversary: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah will attend two separate programs on the 147th birth anniversary of Sardar Patel. On one hand, PM Modi will go to Kevadiya in Gujarat on Monday, 31 October 2022 and take part in the Ekta Diwas Parade. At the same time, Amit Shah will flag off the Run for Unity in Delhi.

The birth anniversary of the country’s first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel will be celebrated across the country on October 31. The country will celebrate this occasion as National Unity Day. Under this program, PM Modi will be in Gujarat, while the country’s Home Minister Amit Shah will attend the program in Delhi. This Gujarat visit of PM Modi will be of two days. Will stay in Gujarat on 31 October and 1 November.

PM Modi’s Gujarat visit

The Prime Minister will first visit the Leprosy Ground in Vadodara, where he will lay the foundation stone for the Transport Aircraft Manufacturing Plant of the Indian Air Force. He will spend the night at Ektanagar, Circuit House in Kevadia, followed by the PM’s Statue of Unity to pay floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. In a statement, the Prime Minister’s Office said that a musical band of children of tribal community in Banaskantha district will perform in front of the Prime Minister on the occasion.

PM Modi will inaugurate several development projects in Ahmedabad. There is a possibility that he may also visit his mother Hiraba to seek blessings. On the last day of his visit, the PM is also going to attend Gujarat BJP’s Diwali Milan for the workers of 182 assembly seats at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.

Amit Shah to flag off Run for Unity

National Unity Day will be celebrated on 31 October on the birth anniversary of the country’s first Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. On this occasion, Home Minister Amit Shah will flag off ‘Run for Unity’ from Major Dhyan Chand Stadium in Delhi. Many other programs will also participate. Thousands of people from different classes will participate in this race. At the same time, Amit Shah will address a program organized in the Central Hall of Parliament. Sardar Patel will also attend a program organized in the school at 12 noon.
