New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a two-day visit to Gujarat, today flagged off the new and improved version of Vande Bharat Express from Gandhinagar. This train will run between Gandhinagar and Mumbai connecting the state capitals of Gujarat and Maharashtra. Talking about the features of this train, Sumit Thakur, CPRO, Western Railway Zone, said, “Vande Bharat Express offers many superior facilities that will provide passengers with an immersive travel experience and advanced state-of-the-art safety features, including an indigenous one. Ingeniously developed Train Collision Avoidance System is also in place.”
