PM Modi to launch logo, theme and website of India’s G20 presidency

India G-20 Logo: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will unveil the logo, theme and website of India’s G20 presidency on Tuesday (November 8). Giving information, the Ministry of External Affairs said that the presidency of the G20 will provide a unique opportunity for India to cooperate on the global agenda on important issues of international importance. India will chair the G20 from Indonesia from December 1. This time the G20 summit is being organized in Bali, Indonesia on 15-16 November. Top leaders of the world including Prime Minister Modi will attend it.

Will be launched through video conference

According to the information given by the Ministry of External Affairs, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the logo, theme and website of India’s G20 presidency through video conference on Tuesday (November 8) at 4:30 pm. India will hold around 200 meetings across the country related to 32 different sectors during the presidency of the G20. India will organize the G20 summit next year.

India to chair G20 from December 1

India will assume the chairmanship of G20 from Indonesia from December 1. The G20 is an intergovernmental forum of the world’s major developed and developing economies. This includes Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, UK, US and European Union (EU). The G20 is the premier forum for international economic cooperation, representing approximately 85% of global GDP, more than 75% of global trade, and approximately two-thirds of the world’s population.

India is also embroiled in a border dispute with its neighboring countries. In such a situation, the Russia-Ukraine war can emerge as the biggest challenge for India. However, India has been advocating since the beginning to find a solution to the problem through dialogue with both the countries. In such a situation, the eyes of the whole world will be on India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
