Modi’s dream school
PM Modi (PM Narendra Modi) once wanted to study in Sainik School in Balachadi in Jamnagar, built in July 1961 in Balachadi. For this, he had also paid an examination fee of Rs 2 for admission in the school. Then PM Modi’s age was only 14 years, but due to poor economic condition of the house, PM Modi could not study in this school due to poverty then. His father then said that we do not have enough money to send him to Jamnagar. The father said that he should complete his studies in the local school. After this the dream of Narendra Modi was broken. He studied in Vadnagar and started helping his father sell tea.

After 40 years, Narendra Modi as the Chief Minister had reached this school of Balachadi as the Chief Guest. It was the occasion of the school’s annual fest. In which he was to reward the meritorious students with his address.
