Churu. The Churu POCSO court has sentenced life imprisonment to the rapist who raped a five-year-old innocent girl. Taking illegal advantage of the trust of the innocent girl’s mother, the rapist took her five-year-old daughter to a train bogie and raped her. The POCSO court has given this verdict in a rape case about four years old. This case was registered in Ratangarh GRP police station. The GRP itself, after investigating the matter, presented the challan against the accused in the court.
Varun Saini, Special Public Prosecutor of POCSO Court, said that in the year 2018, accused Dharampal Nayak had abducted a 5-year-old girl resident of Bihar from Hisar and carried out the incident in a compartment standing at Churu railway station. In fact, in the year 2018, a woman resident of Bihar came to Laxmangarh in Sikar district with her children after being upset with her husband. Here he met the accused Dharampal Nayak.
The father of the accused started misbehaving with the woman
Dharampal promised to provide a job to the woman and provide protection to her and her children. While living with her, the father of accused Dharampal started misbehaving with the woman. Distressed by this, Dharampal first went to Sikar and later to Hisar with the woman. After that, one day the accused Dharampal took the woman’s five-year-old daughter with him to the Churu railway station. Raped her there in the train compartment. Later, Dharampal returned to Hisar with the child. On returning to Hisar, the girl told her mother about Dharampal’s handiwork.

Case was registered in GRP Ratangarh police station
On this, on June 11, 2019, the woman lodged a rape case against the accused Dharampal at the GRP Ratangarh police station. After investigating the case, the GRP police presented a challan against the accused in the concerned court. Special Public Prosecutor Saini told that after that both the parties had a debate in the POCSO court. After the hearing, the court held Dharmpal Nayak guilty of raping a 5-year-old girl on the basis of available evidence and statements of witnesses. The court has sentenced rapist Dharampal Nayak to life imprisonment.
