Raipur. There is continuous politics in Chhattisgarh regarding the raids of ED. Amidst the continuous action of the ED in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has written a letter to the ED and asked him to investigate the scams of Dr. Raman Singh. At the same time, Dr. Raman Singh says that the Chief Minister is spreading lies to save his people.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel wrote two letters to the Enforcement Directorate and the Chief Minister demanded investigation from the central agencies, mentioning the so-called irregularities during the previous BJP government in the state.
Bhupesh Baghel said- I have written two letters to ED. The first letter is in relation to the ‘Nagrik Supplies Corporation’ (NAN) scam, in which the names of former CM Raman Singh and his wife came to the fore. The second letter is about the chit fund scam. Baghel told that it is a scam of 6.5 thousand crore rupees related to money laundering. Bhupesh Baghel has written a letter to the ED director saying that if no action is taken in the direction of investigation by the ED in these cases in 15 days, then the case will have to be filed in the court. Bhupesh Baghel has also shared this letter on his Twitter account. He said- I wrote a letter to the Enforcement Directorate demanding that it investigate the scams that took place between 2004 and 2015 in Chhattisgarh.
Raman Singh hit back
In another tweet, the Chief Minister said that under the patronage of Raman Singh and his ministers, the hard-earned money of poor families has been looted by chit fund companies. I have also written a letter to the Enforcement Directorate requesting an inquiry into this matter of money laundering. If the ED does not take action in this matter, then the case will be filed in the court under compulsion. On the other hand, former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh hit back and said that he will file a defamation case against Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. He said that why is Dr. Raman Singh so afraid of Eedi.
