Rahul raised the issue of Manipur and unemployment

We went to the Kuki community regarding this but the Kuki community said the same thing. I am telling this because today the Indian government does not have control over Manipur. There is a civil war going on. There is a fire and till date the Prime Minister has not visited Manipur.
He said that now we have come to Uttar Pradesh. Yesterday we saw the true condition of UP in Varanasi. Thousands of youth are lying on the road at night after drinking alcohol. Baja is going on in Varanasi. Your youth are dancing in Varanasi after drinking alcohol and in the morning other youth come to me, carrying papers in front of me and saying that their lives have been ruined. The paper got leaked. One after another whatever paper is published here gets leaked.
Rahul said that a youth says that Rs 5 lakh should be given to the coaching center on the day of the exam.
