State Election Commission announces detailed schedule for by-elections
Jaipur. The State Election Commission has conducted by-election for 4 Sarpanch, 5 Up Sarpanch and 46 Ward Panch posts vacant in Jaipur district till July 31, 2022 in Panchayati Raj Institutions due to various reasons. The program has been announced. With this the code of conduct has come into force in the respective constituencies. Voting will be held on November 25 from 8 am to 5 pm. After the polling is over, the results will be declared after counting the votes at the Panchayat Headquarters. District Election Officer Prakash Rajpurohit said that the elections of sarpanches in the district would be conducted through EVMs and by-elections of ward panches would be conducted through ballot boxes.
According to the returning officer, notices will be issued for the meeting of the Deputy Sarpanch on November 26 before 9 am. The meeting will start from 10 o’clock. The nomination papers (proposals) will be presented on the same day till 11 am. Scrutiny of nomination papers will be done from 11.30 am. The list of contesting candidates will be prepared from 11.30 am to 12 noon and allotment of election symbols will be done. He told that if necessary, voting will be held from 12 noon to 1 pm and after that the results will be announced after counting of votes.

Bye-elections will be held in these Panchayat Samitis
Sarpanch and Up Sarpanch in Gram Panchayat Ballupura of Panchayat Samiti Kotkhavda, Sarpanch and Up Sarpanch in Gram Panchayat Palawalajatan of Panchayat Samiti Tunga, Up Sarpanch in Gram Panchayat Sabariyan, Sarpanch and Up Sarpanch in Gram Panchayat Khizuria Brahmin, Sarpanch in Gram Panchayat Govindgarh of Panchayat Samiti Govindgarh and Elections of Deputy Sarpanch will be held in Kazipura, Gram Panchayat of Sambharlek, Panchayat Samiti. Elections will be held from Ward No. 5 in Gram Panchayat Badodia of Panchayat Samiti, Biratnagar, Ward No. 13 in Maid, Ward No. 5 of Gram Panchayat Khoraladkhani of Panchayat Samiti Shahpura, Ward No. 3 of Baskhoh and Ward No. 1 to five in Kotkhavda.
In these also by-elections will be held on the vacant posts.
Similarly, ward no. 5, 6 and 7, in gram panchayat Kishanpura of gram panchayat samiti Bassi, ward no. 1 to 11 of gram panchayat Sambhariya, ward no. 1 to 7 of gram panchayat Palawala Jatan, gram panchayat Khijuria Ward number 1 to 7 of Brahmin, Ward number 9 of Khora Meena, Gram Panchayat of Aamer, Ward number 8, 10 and 13 of Gram Panchayat Manpura Machedi, Ward number 12 of Gram Panchayat Rundal, Gram Panchayat Nimeda of Panchayat Samiti Jhotwara Ward No. 3 of Panchayat Sambharlek, Ward No. 6 of Gram Panchayat Kazipura, Ward No. 4 of Gram Panchayat Thali, Panchayat Samiti, Chaksu, Ward No. 2 of Mohanpura, Gram Panchayat of Jalsu Panchayat Samiti Ward of Khorashyamdas Bye-elections of Ward Panch will be held in number 1.
