Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has clearly said that bulldozers will continue to run on the properties of mafia, rioters and criminals, action was being taken earlier also within the ambit of law and will continue to happen in future also. In response, Akhilesh Yadav said that in 2027 when Samajwadi Party government will be formed in UP, the direction of bulldozer will be turned towards Gorakhpur. In response to this, Yogi said that Tipu is dreaming of becoming Sultan again but Mungeri Lal’s sweet dreams will not be fulfilled. Although by-elections are to be held for only ten assembly seats in UP, but the political atmosphere in UP is hotter than Jammu Kashmir and Haryana. There is a fierce verbal war going on between Yogi and Akhilesh. On Wednesday, Yogi said that a strong heart and a clear mind are needed to run a bulldozer. In response, Akhilesh said that a bulldozer does not have a heart and mind, it has a steering. Yogi said that courage is also needed to handle the steering, which can never come in those who rub their nose in front of the mafia. Yogi said that now in UP, lakhs of youth are being given jobs with full transparency and following the rules of reservation, but before 2017, jobs were looted, uncle-nephew used to share the looted goods. In response, Akhilesh again said that Yogi’s chair is in danger, that is why Baba ji’s blood pressure is high and he is saying anything. Yogi said that casteism, appeasement and corruption are in the DNA of Samajwadi Party. Once again in response, Akhilesh said that Yogi should tell the full form of DNA, after that we can talk about DNA.
On Wednesday, Yogi and Akhilesh kept taunting each other throughout the day. Yogi distributed appointment letters to the youth in Lucknow and Prayagraj and Akhilesh Yadav held a meeting of Samajwadi Party workers in Lucknow. Akhilesh started the attack on Yogi. Akhilesh said that every section is troubled under the BJP rule, UP is in a bad state, the future of the youth is in the dark, people’s trust in the Samajwadi Party’s PDA has increased, BJP will be wiped out in the 2027 assembly elections, the Samajwadi Party government will be formed and then all the bulldozers of UP will turn towards Gorakhpur. Yogi did not delay in responding. After giving appointment letters to more than 1,300 youth in Lucknow, Yogi said that now recruitment is being done in a transparent manner in UP, youth from all districts and all castes are being given jobs, reservation standards are being followed, no one is being discriminated against. But Akhilesh had put the future of the youth in the dark. Yogi took a dig at Akhilesh’s claim of forming the government in 2027. Yogi said that Akhilesh is dreaming like Mungeri Lal, he wants to become Tipu Sultan but his dream is never going to be fulfilled. Yogi said that during the Akhilesh government, when recruitment was done, there used to be competition between uncle and nephew for collection. Areas were divided for collection in the Yadav family.
Yogi compared the Yadav family to man-eating wolves. He said that the terror of wolves in Bahraich these days was similar to the fear of the Yadav family before 2017. Yogi said that the people of UP will no longer trust such looters. Akhilesh said that Yogi has been shocked by the defeat in the Lok Sabha elections, his chair is in danger, that is why he is saying anything and spreading confusion. He said that if there was a scam in recruitments during his rule, then why has the Yogi government not taken action till now? Was Yogi also involved in this? Akhilesh said that even today the same officers are working in UP who were working in his government, Yogi is indirectly accusing those officers by accusing his government, he should apologize for this. Yogi said that his government’s bulldozer operated within the ambit of law, courage and strong willpower is needed to run a bulldozer, there was a time when there used to be riots in UP, there was terror of mafia, the development of UP had stopped because people who kneel before rioters and mafia cannot run a bulldozer.
Akhilesh said that BJP is taking revenge from political opponents through bulldozers. If the map is not approved, then bulldozer is used, Yogi should tell whether the map of the Chief Minister’s residence is approved, the bulldozer is controlled by the steering and not by the heart and mind and tomorrow the public can give the steering of the bulldozer in someone else’s hands. After giving smart phones and tablets to 10 thousand youths in Phulpur, appointment letters to 5 thousand youth, and loan approval letters of Rs 600 crore to the youth starting industries, Yogi said that it is the effect of his bulldozer model that now there are no riots in UP, Akhilesh and his government used to nurture the mafia, used to work on their orders but after 2017 all the mafias have been wiped out, now the rioters are afraid of the bulldozer.
The attack and counter-attack did not end here. Akhilesh wrote on Twitter that if your bulldozer model is so successful then form a separate party and contest elections on the bulldozer symbol, your illusion and pride will be broken, anyway, in your current situation, you are almost non-existent even while being in BJP, you will have to form a separate party sooner or later. There is a story behind everything Yogi and Akhilesh said. Like Tipu is the name of Akhilesh Yadav’s house, Mulayam Singh used to call him by this name and Bulldozer Baba is the name of Yogi Adityanath. People in UP call him by this name. When Akhilesh talks about turning the bulldozer towards Gorakhpur, he is pointing towards Yogi’s monastery and when Yogi mentions those who bow down before the mafia, he is targeting Akhilesh. When Akhilesh says that Yogi’s chair is in danger, he is pointing towards the internal fight in BJP. When Yogi says that earlier uncle and nephew used to loot the wealth, he is pointing towards Akhilesh and Shivpal.
