Ring the temple bell less loudly; This Noida society gets notice

Ring the temple bell less loudly, it is causing noise pollution. A notice has been sent by the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to a society in Greater Noida West saying this. Taking cognizance of the complaint sent by each resident of the society, the board has said that when it was investigated on the spot, the sound of the bell was found to be loud.

Gaur Saundaryam Society is located in Greater Noida West of Gautam Budh Nagar district. This notice has been sent to the president of the Apartment Owners Association on August 5. In this, he has been asked to implement the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000. The notice states that on July 30, a resident of the society had complained that he was facing problems due to the temple bell.

It is also reported that when the sound was measured on the spot on August 5, it was found to be more than 70 decibels. In the notice issued by the regional officer of Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Greater Noida, it is said that compliance of the provisions of Noise Pollution Rule, 200 should be ensured so that the nearby residents do not have to face the problem.
