Rising India Summit 2023: News18 Network and Poonawalla Fincorp to honor ‘real life heroes’

(Cyrus Poonawalla Group) presents the marquee leadership conclave ‘Rising India Summit 2023’ (Rising India Summit 2023) has started preparing for the third edition of the program in full swing. The third edition of this two-day conclave will be held on March 29 and 30 at the Taj Palace in New Delhi. Experts from across the globe from the world of arts, sports, business and education will participate in the conference, including leaders of the central government. The idea behind the concept of this platform is that respected personalities from all over the world and experts in their field gather at one place to share their knowledge and contribute towards the development of India.

The theme ‘The Heroes of Rising India’ aims to highlight the extraordinary achievements of Indians. These are the people who decided to go beyond the ordinary to take India forward. This year’s summit will celebrate the extraordinary social impacts of ordinary people. This year’s event will honor 20 such heroes who, through their unique solutions, have driven grassroots improvement and created social entrepreneurship that has the potential to transform lives. These are the heroes who are taking the initiative to bring about positive change in various ways through community leadership programs and through their humanity and courage, are contributing to make India a better place.

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will deliver the keynote address in the programme. Along with this, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar will also share his views on ‘India’s G20 programme’. Eminent leaders from various fields including governance, arts, business and education from India and around the world will also attend the conference. Experts not only from India but across the world will share their knowledge and perspective on productive discussions and how to drive India’s progress. The discussion will cover a wide range of topics such as ‘India Stack: Highway to Growth’ where Dilip Asbe (NPCI), Shashank Kumar (Co-Founder & CEO, DeHaat), B.V.R. Subrahmanyam (CEO, NITI Aayog), and K. Rajaraman (Secretary, DoT) will give his valuable opinion.

Also corporate personalities such as Vivek Tyagi (President of India Electronics & Semiconductor Association), Srinath Ravichandran (Agnicool Cosmos), Aman Gupta (Boat), Tarun Mehta (Ather) and Abhay Bhootda (Poonawalla Fincorp) on ‘Made in India, Youth Will share his thoughts on the topic ‘India’s Growing Aspiration’.

Not only this, actresses Rakulpreet Singh, Shilpa Rao, Vinita Singh (Sugar Cosmetics) and Smriti Irani will attend a session on ‘Women’s Age’.

The conference will discuss the topic ‘India’s Manufacturing Moment: Now or Never’ in the presence of Adar Poonawalla (Serum), Salil Gupte (Boeing), Sunil Vachani (Dixon), Sanjeev Sharma (ABB) and Santosh Iyer (Mercedes-Benz) .

The program will feature Bollywood icons like Siddharth Anand as well as Ayan Mukerji, Kajal Aggarwal, Mrunal Thakur to discuss the title ‘One India – One Cinema’ with Union Minister Thakur Anurag Thakur.

Talking about other celebrities attending the summit, World Boxing Championship gold medalist Nikhat Zareen and Oscar winner Guneet Monga will also grace the summit.
