Shock to Uddhav from Delhi HC, ban on election symbol will remain, EC orders to take decision soon

Shivsena: Uddhav Thackeray has got a big setback from the Delhi High Court. Court dismissed Uddhav Thackeray’s petition. In this petition, Uddhav challenged an order of the Election Commission. In fact, both the Uddhav and Shinde camps had made their own claim on Shiv Sena for the sabotage in Shiv Sena. Due to this, the Election Commission had allotted different names and election symbols to both the factions. Shiv Sena’s election symbol ‘Dhanush Baan’ was frozen by the Election Commission. Uddhav Thackeray had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against this order. Now the High Court has dismissed this petition of Uddhav.
