New Delhi: Swami Ramdev’s wax statue will be installed in Madame Tussauds Museum in New York. The wax statue of Yoga Guru Ramdev has also been unveiled in a program of ‘Madame Tussauds New York’ in Delhi.

Which Indian celebrities have their wax statues installed in Madame Tussauds Museum?

Till now, wax statues of many Indian celebrities have been installed in Madame Tussauds Museum. It includes Bhagat Singh, Indira Gandhi, Mahatma Gandhi, Narendra Modi, Amitabh Bachchan, Milkha Singh, Mary Kom, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Lata Mangeshkar, Aishwarya Rai, Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan.

The wax statue of Baba Ramdev made in Madame Tussauds Museum is in the Vrikshasana pose. After the ceremony in Delhi, it will be sent to New York. According to SK Tijarawala, central spokesperson of Patanjali Yogpeeth, this is a historic occasion for the global prestige of Indian culture Sannyasa and Sanatan Yoga tradition. Baba Ramdev is the first monk whose statue will be installed in this museum in New York.
