TRS Attack On BJP: The controversy that started in the politics of Telangana regarding horse-trading of TRS MLAs is not taking its name to stop. The state’s ruling TRS and BJP are busy blaming each other.
TRS has accused K Rajagopal Reddy, the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate, who was contesting the by-election from Munugod Assembly on Saturday (October 29), of buying votes in exchange for notes. The ruling party has accused the BJP candidate of spending five crore two lakh rupees to buy votes. He has spent this amount from the company’s account.

TRS working president and minister K.T. Rama Rao said that during the 67 years of various Prime Ministers after independence, the country took a loan of Rs 55.87 crore. Prime Minister after coming to power in 2014 Narendra Modi took a loan of Rs 80 lakh crore in eight years alone. The TRS leader claimed that during 2014-15, the interest payment by the Center was 36.1 per cent of the revenue, while it increased to 43.7 per cent during 2021.
