Indian Railways is rapidly moving towards its modernization. In such a situation, one after the other new Vande Bharat is being run in many parts of the country. In this connection, on 15 September, different states are going to get the gift of 10 Vande Bharati. PM Modi will flag off these trains from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This is the first time that 10 Vande Bharat trains are being started simultaneously. Earlier, the PM had flagged off the Mumbai-Goa Vande Bharat Express.
These states will get new Vande Bharat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Jamshedpur in Jharkhand on 15th September, from where he will flag off the trains. All these Vande Bharat trains will run from different railway stations across the country. According to information, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh will get this gift. These ten Vande Bharat trains will be operated from 15th September, out of these, most of the trains will pass through Bihar. Let us tell you that till now a total of 54 pairs of Vande Bharat trains are operating on different routes of the country, which pass through more than 280 districts of 24 states and union territories.
Odisha will get 3 new Vande Bharat trains
East Coast Railway said that at least 3 more Vande Bharat Express trains will run through Odisha from September 15. The new trains passing through Odisha are Rourkela-Howrah, Tata-Berhampur and Durg-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express. The central government has budgeted Rs 10,586 crore in 2024-25 to further strengthen the railway infrastructure in Odisha.
