New Delhi. Even though the pace of corona virus infection has faded, WHO still warns people about its danger. People are still dying due to corona and in view of this, the World Health Organization has specially alerted. WHO chief Tredos Adhanom Ghebreyesus has said that globally, every 44 seconds, one person is still dying due to Kovid 19.

The Director General of WHO said about this, ‘This virus will not be eradicated easily. The global decline in reported cases and deaths continues. This is very encouraging, but there is no guarantee that these trends will continue. The figures released by Ghebreyesus are no less shocking. “From February onwards, the number of deaths reported weekly could have fallen by more than 80 per cent,” he said. Along with this, the process of death of corona patients continues last week. One person dies every 44 seconds.

The WHO chief said that for this, in a nutshell, the essential elements of testing, clinical management, vaccination, infection prevention and control, risk communication and community engagement and management of infodemic will be included.
