Municipal Corporation Greater and Heritage Municipal Corporation of the capital Jaipur have decided to change the menu of Indira Rasoi. Keeping in mind the health of the people, the government has ordered to serve food made of millets i.e. coarse grains, apart from roti, pulses and vegetables in Indira Rasoi’s plate. Under this, people will also be able to get khichdi, porridge, ghugri made of millet and jowar. All these will be made available according to the season and according to the choice of the people at the local level. Recently, orders have been given by the state government to start its trial in all the bodies of the state.
