Chandra Prakash Rastogi alias Guddu Rastogi is a resident of Sidhauli Kotwali area market. Inspector Ranveer, who came from Barabanki, told that a case under Section 457/380 has been registered against Guddu Rastogi, in which he is wanted. 82 action has been taken by the court regarding this.
