Today’s history: Chandrashekhar became the PM of India, the world’s first motorcycle was launched

New Delhi: Amidst all the ongoing discussion about the rise and fall of pollution in the capital Delhi and many states of North India, it will be interesting to know that 10 November is celebrated as ‘Transport Day’ in India. Also, it is a practice to celebrate this date on behalf of UNESCO as ‘World Science Day for Peace and Development’ all over the world. For another reason, the day of November 10 has special significance in history. The world’s first motorcycle was introduced on this day. On this day in 1990, Chandrashekhar became the eighth Prime Minister of India.
