Twist in the case of Aryan who was killed by cow protectors, father suspects a big conspiracy; told about the four lakh rupees

Forensic investigation will be conducted on the weapon used in the murder of Aryan, a 12th standard student, who was mistaken for an animal smuggler. Apart from this, top officials have also given orders to prepare a report of the policemen deployed at the check posts on the day of the murder. On the other hand, Aryan’s father Siyanand Mishra is raising the question that who has given the cow protectors the right to shoot. Why action is not being taken against such people.

The entire family is in deep sorrow after Aryan, a Class 12 student, was murdered, mistaking him to be a cattle smuggler. Aryan’s mother is inconsolable while his father Siyananda Mishra has demanded the government to award death penalty to the murderers of his son. He told that he basically belongs to village Chaukhat, Police Station Wazirganj, Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh. Around 40 years ago he came to Faridabad from his village in search of work and was living in AC Nagar on Neelam Bata Road. He got married while living in Faridabad. He has three sons. 19-year-old Aryan was the youngest one. He was studying in 12th through open school.

had a dispute with the landlord

Siyanand Mishra told that he had lent four lakh rupees to the landlady Sujata Gulati and her son Harshit Gulati. In return, there was an agreement between them that he along with his family would stay in Sujata’s house for one year without paying rent. Now he wanted to vacate that house and was asking for money from Sujata Gulati, but she was not paying the money. There was a rift over this.

There is also a possibility of a conspiracy behind the murder

The victim’s father said that Sujata Gulati had called Aryan. Aryan had told his mother that he would be back in five minutes. After this, Aryan went somewhere in a car with Sujata, Harshit Gulati, Sankey Gulati and others. He suspects that his son has been murdered in a planned manner.

The father asked, what was my son’s fault?

Aryan’s father Siyanand Mishra told that after the arrest of the accused, the police had identified them. During this, he asked the accused named Anil Kaushik, what was his son’s fault? Why did you shoot him? On this, the accused Anil folded his hands and apologized and said that a big mistake was made. Siyanand Mishra again asked why did you shoot the second bullet after shooting the first bullet? The accused did not give any answer to this.

Congress said, Haryana has become crime capital

On Tuesday, Congress posted on social media platform X that Aryan Mishra went out for an evening stroll with his friends in Faridabad, Haryana. On the way, cow vigilantes shot Aryan dead on suspicion of cattle smuggling. Congress has raised the question that this is the report card of 10 years of BJP government in Haryana, where murders are being committed on the streets in broad daylight. Here criminals are roaming fearlessly. BJP’s double engine government has made Haryana a crime capital.

Careless policemen will be punished

Police personnel may also face action in the Aryan murder case because the police was not patrolling on the day of the incident. DCP NIT Kuldeep Singh said that orders have been given for investigation in this regard. The absence of police personnel at Sikri check post during the incident is being investigated.

Industry Minister condemned

Haryana’s Industry Minister Moolchand Sharma said that the murder of student Aryan is condemnable. The accused of such a heinous murder should get severe punishment. The police is doing its job.

Police have arrested five accused in the case. They have been identified as Anil Kaushik, Varun, Krishna, Aadesh and Saurabh. The accused told that on the night of 23 August they got information that cattle smugglers were stealing cattle in a car. They reached Patel Chowk while searching for them where they saw a Duster car in which Aryan, Harshit, Sankey, Sujata etc. were sitting. When they did not stop on being stopped, they chased them for 30 kilometers on suspicion and shot Aryan near Baghola village.

ACP Crime Aman Yadav said, on identification of the accused, the weapons and car used in the crime have been recovered. The recovered illegal weapons have been sent to the lab for forensic investigation. Also, the person who supplied the weapons is also being searched.
