Ujjain: A case of a devotee being beaten up by security personnel has come to light at the Kalbhairav temple in Ujjain, MP. The security personnel have attacked the devotee with a belt and stick. The video of this incident has also gone viral on social media. In which the devotee can be seen being beaten up.
What is the whole matter?
Once again a case of assault has come to light in Ujjain’s Kaal Bhairav temple. In the viral video, half a dozen temple guards are seen beating a young man with belts and sticks. It is alleged that the young man was harassing women, after which the guards beat him up.
However, the Bhairavgarh police station has not registered any case in this matter. The matter is being investigated. The special thing is that no complaint has been made to the police by any party.
What did the police say?
In this case, the statement of Additional SP Jayant Singh Rathore has come out. He told that there was a huge crowd of devotees in Kal Bhairav temple. When a devotee misbehaved with a woman, the guard stopped him. When the devotee misbehaved with the guard too, about half a dozen guards together started beating him. The video of the incident has gone viral. Police is investigating. The person who was beaten up is not available now. His whereabouts are being traced. No complainant has reached the police station.
