Bangalore. A surprising case has come to light in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, where a university student has been caught making a video of girls toilet. Giving information, the police said that a case has been registered against a private university student for allegedly peeping into the girls’ toilet and recording its video. The 21-year-old law student at the university was recently booked on charges of sexual harassment and Information Technology Act.
The accused student was caught peeping into the toilet recently and was let off with a warning after he submitted an apology. But the student did not mend his ways and after two days again started peeping into the girls’ toilet. On being caught again, the management of the university handed over the student to the police.
At the same time, a school teacher has been arrested for allegedly molesting his schoolgirl while bringing her back home after a youth festival program organized in Kochi city of Kerala. The headmaster and two other teachers of the higher secondary school here have also been arrested for allegedly persuading the 15-year-old girl’s mother to withdraw her complaint against the accused, police said.
Kiran Kaurnakaran (43), a guest teacher at the school, was arrested in Nagercoil in neighboring Tamil Nadu. “We have also registered a case against three co-workers for helping the accused escape,” the police said.
