VIDEO: 216 school children traveled in Vande Bharat train, Prime Minister Modi interacted with children and train staff

Bhopal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday flagged off the Vande Bharat Express train running between Rani Kamalapati Railway Station in Bhopal and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, Delhi here. Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai Patel, State Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Union Railways, Communications and Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav were also present on this occasion.

After flagging off the train, the Prime Minister tweeted, “Delighted to flag off the Bhopal-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express. Our effort is to bring changes in the railway sector and make travel easier for the citizens. During this, Prime Minister Modi interacted with the school children present in the train. One of these children also narrated a poem written to PM Modi regarding the Vande Bharat train. The Prime Minister also blessed the girl by placing her hand on her head. During this, a school child also gifted a painting made by PM Modi to PM Modi.
