Minister of State Anupriya Patel and MLA from Mirzapur Nagar Ratnakar Mishra had come to attend the programme. When both were going to flag off the free buses, Patel’s security men pushed MLA Mishra back on the way, which enraged him.

When Patel reached to flag off the bus, she saw Mishra standing behind. When he asked to come forward, Mishra’s pain was clearly visible. expressing his displeasure “If this happens, we will never come in any program, we should have seen it when we were sitting together.” On this Patel said, “Come on, their (security personnel) duty keeps changing, they would not have been able to recognize it. The whole of Mirzapur knows you.” Then Mishra was seen refraining from speaking anything on this whole episode.
