But due to rain, there will be a decrease of 3-5 degree Celsius in the maximum temperature in different areas. IMD’s alert for rain (IMD Rain Alert) is in the form of relief for the people.

According to the Meteorological Department, the national capital is likely to witness a generally cloudy sky with a possibility of light rain on Thursday and for the next four to five days. The maximum temperature was recorded at 34.3 degree Celsius on Wednesday. At the same time, IMD has released a map for the weather across the country. It can be seen in this map released by the Meteorological Department that there is a yellow alert for rain in many areas of the North-East including Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu.
