Warning of heavy rain in many states today

New Delhi: The weather pattern changed in Delhi-NCR on Saturday morning. It is cloudy in Delhi-NCR. Drizzle also occurred in some areas of Noida. The Meteorological Department has said that the sky of Delhi-NCR will remain cloudy today. However, there is little hope of rain. At the same time, heat has increased in many areas of the country including Rajasthan and Mumbai. Whereas the rainy season is still continuing in the North-Eastern states and some areas of South India.

Orange alert of heavy rain in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rains with strong winds in many states of Northeast and South India during the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of torrential rain in West Bengal, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Due to this, there may be a risk of flood in low-lying areas.

Chances of rain in these states also

According to the information released by the Meteorological Department, sporadic rain and storm are expected in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Telangana. There may be scattered rain and snowfall with thunderstorms in Ladakh.




How will the weather be in Delhi today?

The heat has increased in Delhi-NCR since last few days. The temperature has increased in Delhi after the official withdrawal of south-west monsoon. The Meteorological Department has predicted cloudy sky in Delhi on Saturday and the maximum temperature will be 36 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be 26 degrees Celsius. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the air quality index (AQI) in the capital Delhi is expected to be around 183. The maximum temperature recorded in Delhi on Friday was 36.5 degrees Celsius, which is 2.3 degrees above normal.

Monsoon ready to bid farewell to these states

The Meteorological Department said that conditions are favorable for the withdrawal of monsoon from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh during the next 2-3 days. Monsoon is ready to bid farewell to Lakhimpur Kheri, Shivpuri, Kota, Udaipur, Deesa, Surendranagar, Junagadh.

How will the weather be in Mumbai?

The heat has increased in Mumbai towards Delhi also. The Meteorological Department has indicated that the heat level in Mumbai is going to increase further and the temperature may reach 36 degrees next week (October 8). However, there is a possibility of light rain this evening.
