Where is Khalistani terrorist Kashmir Singh Galvaddi hiding? Informer will get reward of 10 lakh from NIA
New Delhi. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday announced a reward on wanted Khalistani terrorist Kashmir Singh Galvaddi alias Balbir Singh. The NIA has announced that a reward of Rs 10 lakh will be given to anyone providing information about a Khalistani terrorist wanted in a case of conspiracy to wage war against the country. A case has been registered against Balbir Singh under sections 120-B, 121, 121-A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 17, 18, 18-B and 38 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
According to the NIA, Kashmir Singh Galvaddi alias ‘Balbir Singh’, a resident of Ludhiana, is wanted in a case registered on August 20 last year in Delhi under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). According to the investigating agency, the case pertains to a conspiracy hatched by Khalistan Liberation Front, Babbar Khalsa International and The International Sikh Youth Federation to wage war against the country.
NIA released the photo of the accused
Releasing two pictures of the accused, an NIA spokesperson said, “Galvaddi is absconding. He is wanted in a case registered by NIA (related to activities of banned terrorist organizations in different parts of the country). NIA has announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh against Galvaddi.”
Numbers issued for the information of the accused
The probe agency has asked to provide vital information about Galvaddi, which could lead to his arrest or lead to him. He has clarified that ‘the identity of the informer will be kept secret’. The NIA has also shared the telephone, WhatsApp and telegram numbers of its Delhi headquarters and Chandigarh branch office apart from the email address for people to give information about the accused.
