BJP has not yet formally announced its candidate on this seat. After the alliance with Congress, the Gautam Buddha Nagar Lok Sabha seat has come to the Samajwadi Party. Although SP has declared its candidates on some seats in the state, but till now it has not announced anyone’s name from Gautam Buddha Nagar.

The total number of voters is more than 23 lakh. Among them, the number of Gurjar, Thakur, Dalit, Muslim and Brahmin voters is high. 84 percent of the population here is Hindu and 13 percent is Muslim.
