Why there was a ruckus in Ghaziabad’s society over ‘Quran recitation’? There was a fight when people protested.

Locals created a ruckus on Sunday night accusing a madrassa of being run in a flat in Chitravan Society of Crossing Republic in Ghaziabad. The woman living in the flat asked for Quran recitation citing her daughter’s illness. When locals protested against the people returning after Quran recitation at the society gate, they beat them up. Police say that a case has been registered on the complaint of the guard and further action is being taken.

According to the information, the people of Chitravan Society created a ruckus on Sunday night. They alleged that a woman was running the society’s flat as a madrasa. A video of the people present inside the flat was made and made viral on social media. They objected to the woman living in the flat doing suspicious activities without permission. In the viral video, people are seen eating together in the flat. Many children and minors are also seen among them. CCTV footage also shows a ruckus at the gate.

Meanwhile, ACP Wave City Poonam Mishra said that a complaint was lodged at Crossing Republic police station by the guard of Chitravan Society on Sunday night. He accused some people of other community of assaulting him. Police investigated the spot.

The woman talked about reciting the Quran

According to ACP Wave City, the woman living in the flat told the police that her daughter was ill, due to which she was reciting the Quran. It is alleged that when the local people protested against the people returning after reciting the Quran at the society gate, they started beating them. During this, the society guard who came to intervene was also beaten up. The ACP says that on the complaint of the guard, a case has been registered against the people who beat them and further action is being taken.
