There was a dispute going on between the accused and his wife for a long time. The rift between husband and wife had to be paid by their innocent daughter by giving her life. The police have taken the accused father into custody. He is under interrogation. The police have handed over the dead body of the innocent to his family members after the post-mortem.

Nawalgarh Thanaprabhari Sunil Sharma told that Kavita of Parasrampura was married to Kailash, a resident of Girdharpura. These days Kavita had come to her maternal grandfather Kairu for Gangaur Puja. On Sunday morning, Kailash came to take Kavita to Kairu. But Kavita refused to go. On Kavita’s refusal, her maternal uncle and maternal uncle present at home also explained to Kailash and asked him to return.

Girl snatched from wife’s maternal uncle’s lap
Kailash got furious on this. He snatched away his 15-month-old daughter Ojasvi, who was playing in the lap of Kavita’s maternal uncle. The relatives talked about returning Ojaswi. On this, Kailash’s anger went to the seventh sky and he threw his innocent daughter on the wall. Ojaswi fell on the ground after colliding with the wall and she was seriously injured.

Doctors in the hospital declared the girl dead
The family members who were shocked by this incident immediately reached Nawalgarh hospital taking Ojaswi in critical condition. But the doctors there declared him dead. Police has taken Kailash into custody after getting information about the incident. At the same time, the dead body of the girl has been kept in the mortuary. In the hospital, the child’s mother was in bad condition by crying. SHO Sunil Sharma told that preliminary information has revealed that Kavita and her younger sister are married in the same house with Kailash and his younger brother.

Due to the ongoing estrangement from the wife, the accused got angry
Kailash’s younger brother is addicted to alcohol. Due to this, there is a long standing quarrel between the younger brother and his wife. Due to this quarrel, estrangement was going on between Kavita and Kailash. Because of this estrangement, in a fit of rage, Kailash hit his 15-month-old daughter against the wall. Due to this he lost his life. After the incident, Ojaswi’s mother and her other family members became very upset.
