The opinion of 1425 people of Gujarat and 1,361 people of Himachal Pradesh has been taken in the survey. The margin of error in the survey is from plus minus 3 to plus minus 5 percent. The question was asked in this survey that who will suffer the most due to Asaduddin Owaisi contesting elections? After the answers to this question have been received, there may be disappointment on the face of the Congress. In the survey, 50 percent of the people said that the Congress will suffer the most due to Owaisi contesting the elections. 18 percent people said that the Aam Aadmi Party will suffer. 30 percent believe that BJP will suffer. At the same time, 3 percent people say that others will suffer.

Owaisi became active in Gujarat
The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) had announced the names of two more candidates for the Gujarat Assembly elections 10 days back. The party has so far announced five candidates. The party has fielded Shahnawaz Khan Pathan from Bapunagar in Ahmedabad and Abdul Bashir Sheikh from Limbayat in Surat. Asaduddin Owaisi had arrived on a two-day tour of Gujarat on Saturday (October 29). During this, he had fiercely attacked the BJP.
A scathing attack on BJP
He said that the BJP is raising the issue of Uniform Civil Code to gain votes in the Gujarat Assembly elections and to further its Hindutva agenda. Addressing an election rally at Vadgam in Banaskantha district, Owaisi said that the Central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi had told the Supreme Court that it is the right of the Center and not the states to implement the UCC. The Gujarat government on Saturday said that it is setting up a committee to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC).
