‘Work without fear, I am standing behind you’, Delhi LG Vinay Kumar Saxena’s message to officers
New Delhi: There is a tussle between the Delhi government and the Lieutenant Governor regarding the transfer-posting of officers in Delhi. In the midst of this tension, Lieutenant Governor (LG) Vinay Kumar Saxena has given a clear message to the officers that you should work without fear, I am standing behind you.
Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena was addressing the workshop of Delhi government officials on Friday. He said, ‘Officers should work without fear and pressure, no one can even touch you.’ In fact, this workshop was organized by the Lieutenant Governor at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi to enhance the efficiency of Delhi’s civil servants.

LG Vinay Kumar Saxena said that I had a great desire that there should be such a workshop where all the officers of Delhi come together and tell about their problems with an open heart. LG told the officers that you should work with full hard work and honesty without any pressure, no one can touch you, you have this protection from my side.
Lt. Governor Saxena said that when you work under someone’s pressure, you will not only cause problems for yourself, but will also create problems for others.
