Chhath puja 2023: Chhath Puja is starting from 17th November. Nahay-Khay is on 17th November and Kharna is on 18th. Jaggery and milk are used to make this kheer for Chhath Puja. But do not add jaggery to milk to make this as it may cause the kheer to curdle. So, what you have to do is
-First of all soak the rice.
-Then add rice to water and cook it well.
-Touch the rice to see whether it is cooked or not.
-When the rice is cooked, add jaggery in this water.
-Let the jaggery melt completely and cook.
-Then add milk to it and let the kheer cook.
-Cut dry fruits and mix on top.
-When the milk and kheer are cooked well and seem mixed, turn off the gas.
Your Rasiyaav is ready.
