1. Tadka Raita

You can make tadka raita with curd. To make this you need mustard oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli and onion. So, all you have to do is take a pan and add mustard oil in it. When this oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli and onion in it. Add a little turmeric, chilli powder and chaat masala. Add curd, add water, cook well and eat it.

2. Curd Potato Raita

To make Dahi Aloo Raita, first boil 2 potatoes. Then add oil in the pan and add cumin seeds. Chop some onion and 1 chilli and add it. Add a little turmeric, chilli powder and chaat masala. Add curd and mash boiled potatoes in it. Add water to it. Cook everything well and prepare raita by adding a little salt. Chop coriander leaves and mix them on top.
