1 beetroot, half cup gram flour, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon Maggi masala, salt to taste:
Method to make Beetroot Cheela:
To make beetroot cheela, first of all put 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli and 2 garlic cloves in a mixer jar along with beetroot and grind them very finely. Take out this mixture in a big bowl. Now in the next step make a gram flour batter. Add the beetroot mixture to the gram flour batter and mix them well. Now add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon Maggi masala and salt according to taste to the batter. Now cover this paste and keep it for 10 minutes
Now in the next step turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan is hot, apply a little butter on it. After that take the batter with the help of a ladle and pour it on the pan and spread it in a round shape. Now put some butter on top and cook the chilla from both sides until it turns brown.
