In such a situation, if you want to make something healthy and less laborious for breakfast, then Makhana Kheer is the best option for this. Makhana Kheer is easily prepared. It does not take much time to prepare and you get to eat a healthy breakfast full of protein, vitamins and calcium in the morning. The special thing is that Makhana Kheer is very tasty to eat. Once you make and eat kheer in this way, then you will feel like eating it every day. Let’s know how Makhana Kheer is prepared in minutes?

Makhana Kheer Recipe For Breakfast:

step 1- To prepare Makhana Kheer, take about 1 bowl of thick Makhana or whatever you have in your house. Now add 1 small spoon of ghee in the pan and lightly roast the Makhana. Until the Makhana becomes crispy.

Step 2- When the makhana is about to be roasted, add some cashews, almonds, walnuts and your favourite dry fruits to it and they too will get lightly roasted along with the makhana, which will further enhance the taste of the kheer.

Step 3- Now take them out and let them cool down a little. You can make kheer by adding makhana and nuts whole, but today we are telling you to make kheer by lightly grinding them.

Step 4- When the makhanas cool down a little, grind them coarsely in a mixer. You can also grind dry fruits with it if you want. Or if you like chopped fruits, you can add them as is.

Step 5- Now pour about 1 big glass of milk in the pan and let it boil. Now add 1 pinch of ground cardamom and sugar and boil the milk for 2 more minutes. Now it is time to add makhana and dry fruits in the milk. After adding them, keep stirring the kheer.

Step 6- In a short while, the makhana kheer will become slightly thick. You can make it thin or thick as per your liking. Add 5-6 chironji seeds in it and serve it hot for breakfast. Believe me, there cannot be a healthier breakfast for you than this.

Step 7- If you are trying this recipe to lose weight, then you can use jaggery sugar or honey instead of sugar. If you want, you can increase the sweetness by just adding raisins to it.
