Ingredients for making Linseed Laddu’

  • 2 cups flax seeds

  • 2 cups makhana

  • half cup almonds

  • half cup cashew nuts

  • half cup gum

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin seeds

  • 700 grams dates

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 3 spoons pistachios

  • half cup ghee

Make flaxseed laddu like this

First of all, fry 2 cups of flax seeds in a pan on low flame. When the flaxseed is roasted, add dry coconut to it and fry it well. Add ghee in a pan and fry half a cup of gum. Now after this, fry cashew nuts and almonds well in the same ghee. Now after that, place the makhana and pumpkin seeds together on a pan and roast them lightly. Now grind all these ingredients one by one in the grinder very finely. After grinding, mix all the ingredients together well in a big plate. Now put 2 spoons of ghee in the pan and cook the dates well in it. When the dates get cooked and become a little thick, add them to the prepared mixture. Now mix the dates well once again in the mixture. When all these ingredients are mixed well, add grated pistachios to it. Now take the powder of the prepared mixture little by little and make round shaped laddus. Your flaxseed laddu is ready to eat.
