How to prepare Poha for weight loss
step 1- Poha is made from rice but it is included in the healthy breakfast option. People who are losing weight can also eat poha 1-2 times a week. For this, poha should be prepared by steaming it.
Step 2- For steam poha, you will have to take a little thick poha. Now wash the poha once or twice with normal water and keep it aside for some time. Now add salt, turmeric and some sugar to the poha.
Step 3- Heat water in a wok or pan and put the Poha in a sieve and cover it and let it steam for a while. This will give the Poha the same yellow colour as the market one and the taste will also be perfect.
Step 4- Now chop raw onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander. For Poha, first fry peanuts in a pan by adding 1 spoon oil. Then add mustard seeds, curry leaves and 3-4 green chilli cut lengthwise in the remaining oil and fry them.
Step 5- Now take out the poha and mix it. Put the steamed poha in a serving plate and add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, green chillies and then add peanuts. Add salty sev and then pour the mustard mixture over the poha.
