Ingredients for Makhana Rabri:
Makhana – one cup, milk – half liter, dates – one cup ground, cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon, ghee – 1 teaspoon, mixed dry fruits – 1 tablespoon
How to make Makhana Rabri:

Step 1: First of all turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan is hot, add 2 teaspoons of ghee and add 1 cup of makhanas. Fry the makhanas on low flame until they become crispy and golden brown.

Second step: Now put the roasted makhana in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. Now place a deep pan on the gas and pour half a liter of milk in it and let it boil for some time on medium flame.

Step 3: When the milk boils well, add coarsely ground makhana and one cup of crushed dates to it and cook it for 15 minutes. When the mixture starts thickening, add cardamom powder and dry fruits roasted in ghee to it.

Step 4: Now cook it on low flame for 5 minutes and keep stirring continuously. Your Makhana Rabri is ready, serve it hot in a plate.
