  1. Onion juice- Onion juice is considered the best for hair. Applying onion juice reduces hair fall. Onion juice is rich in sulfur content, which penetrates into the hair pores and improves blood circulation. Due to this, hair starts growing in case of baldness. Helps in removing all the problems occurring on the scalp. Hair starts turning black by applying onion juice.
  2. Green tea- If the problem of hair fall is bothering you a lot then use green tea for this. Green tea works like medicine for hair. For this, mix green tea in 1 cup of water and apply it on the roots of the hair. Leave it like this for about 1 hour. Green tea contains anti-oxidants which reduce the problem of hair breakage. You can also drink green tea for hair.
  3. Aloe Vera- Dry lifeless hair breaks more, in such a situation you should apply aloe vera gel on the hair. This will reduce hair fall. Aloe vera contains enzymes which are good for hair health. This makes hair long and thick. Aloe vera has alkaline properties, which help in maintaining the pH level of hair.
  4. Fenugreek- Fenugreek works wonders for falling hair. Fenugreek is a home remedy for hair fall. With its use, the problem of hair breakage can be reduced significantly. Antioxidants are found in fenugreek, which helps in hair growth and regeneration of follicles. Protein and nicotinic acid are found in fenugreek, which makes hair long.
  5. Oil massage- If you want to keep the health of your hair good then definitely massage your head. Massage your head before washing your hair. This improves blood circulation and strengthens the roots. Massaging the head reduces stress. This removes fatigue. You can apply coconut oil, almond oil, amla oil, castor oil, olive oil on your hair.
