How to make pineapple chutney?
-To make pineapple chutney, first roast the pineapple on fire. For this, keep the pineapple on low flame on the gas and then turn it upside down and cook it from every side.
-When it is cooked from all sides, remove it from the gas, cool it and then peel it with the help of a knife.
-When you peel it, cut it and freeze it.
-Then when it cools down a bit, grind it and keep it aside.
-Now take another pan and add some mustard oil in it.
-Then add fennel and mustard seeds to it.
-Add curry leaves and red chilli.
-Now add crushed pineapple into it.
-Add some salt and sugar on top.
-Cook everything thoroughly. When this chutney starts thickening, leave it like this.
