1. How to thicken the batter of Dahi Vada

-Take half cup urad dal.

-Grind half a cup of moong dal.
-Coarsely grind both of them separately.
-Mix these two and add a little baking soda or Eno to them.
-Wheel it for 15 to 20 minutes.
During this, add salt, finely chopped ginger and finely chopped green chillies.
-Whip it and put it in water and see.
-If it starts floating on top, it means that it is ready to be made.

2. How to fry Dahi Vada

-To make Dahi Vada, take a pan and add oil in it.
-Keep it on low medium flame.
-Fry until golden brown.
-Now take lukewarm water to put it in water.
-Add some salt and asafoetida in it.
Keep it soaked for 15 minutes. Remember to keep only as many vadas as you want to eat in water, otherwise keep the rest covered.

3. How to prepare curd

-First of all take fresh curd.
-Add 2 spoons of sugar in curd.
-Add black salt and beat both.
-Now add chaat masala, black salt, mint powder, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder to this curd.

Now take a plate and keep the vada out of water in it. Remove it by pressing it with water but take care that it does not break. Then all you have to do is pour curd on these vadas and cover them completely. Cut coriander leaves and decorate it and in this way the hotel is ready like Dahi Vada. You can also add green and sweet chutney on top of it.
