  • First step- To make spicy garlic-tomato chutney, first wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. After this, you have to peel the onion and cut it in half.

  • Second step- Now heat oil on a pan and fry the tomatoes. After this, fry the chopped onion and peeled garlic well on the pan.

  • Third step- After frying all these things, when they cool down, then you have to peel the tomato and keep it aside.

  • Fourth step- Now add tomatoes, onion and garlic along with salt, chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder in the blender.

  • Fifth step- Grind all these things well. Tomato-garlic chutney is ready to serve.

If you like spicy food, you can roast green chillies first and then grind them with all the spices in a blender. Everyone, from children to adults, will love the taste of this tomato-garlic chutney.
