Step 2- Now put curd in a bowl and add grated paneer, onion, ginger, green chillies and cashews in it. Now add cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper and salt.
Step 3- While mixing it, add green coriander and mix everything well with a whisker. Now add roasted gram flour to it and prepare small balls from the batter. You can give it any shape.
Step 4- Now roll the prepared balls in breadcrumbs so that they stick well. After doing this, freeze all the balls for 1 hour so that they become a little hard.
Step 5- Heat oil in a pan and then deep fry the balls by adding them in it. Fry the dahi kabab from both the sides and fry till it becomes golden. Now take them out on a tissue paper so that the oil drains out.
Step 6- Delicious and crispy Dahi Kebabs are ready. Serve them with sauce or green chutney. Dahi Kebabs are a good option for snacks. If you want to serve something special to the guests who come to your house, you can try Dahi Kebabs.
