How to make Dhaba Style Aloo Parathas?

Many people in India like to eat potato parathas for breakfast. You neither need much time nor much ingredients to make potato parathas. But the potato parathas made at home seem pale in comparison to the potato parathas made at the dhaba. If you also want to enjoy the potato parathas made at the dhaba or hotel at home, then you must try this very easy recipe.

First step- To make Dhaba style Aloo ka Paratha, first of all you have to take 2 cups of flour and knead it well. Now cover the kneaded dough and leave it for 5 minutes.

Second step- After this, mix salt in 6 boiled potatoes. Also add finely chopped coriander, finely chopped 4 green chillies and grated 2 inches ginger to the mashed potatoes.

Third step- Now put 2 spoons of mustard oil in the pan and let it heat up. Add one spoon of cumin seeds, one finely chopped onion and green chillies in the hot oil and fry for a while.

Fourth step- Now add mashed potatoes in the pan and then stir this mixture well for about 2 minutes.

Fifth step- After this, make dough balls and fill potato stuffing in them and then roll them.

Sixth step- Spread ghee on the pan and fry the paratha on both sides until it turns light red. Now your hot potato paratha is ready to serve.

You can easily make Dhaba style Aloo Parathas for two people in just 10 minutes. You can serve this Aloo Paratha hot with any chutney, pickle or vegetable.
