Rice flour – 1 cup, salt – as per taste, gram dal – 50 grams, ghee – 2 tablespoons, oil – 1 tablespoon, urad dal – 50 grams, green chilli – 2 finely chopped, ginger – 1 teaspoon Grated, red chilli powder – half teaspoon, turmeric powder – one fourth teaspoon, coriander powder – 1 teaspoon, green coriander – finely chopped, cumin – one fourth teaspoon, mustard seeds – one fourth teaspoon
Prepare Phere Dough like this:
Turn on the gas and place a deep vessel, now add a cup of water in it. Now add 2 tablespoons ghee and salt in water and boil the water. When water boils, add rice flour. Turn off the gas and keep covered for 5 minutes. The water will be absorbed into the flour. After 5 minutes, apply a little ghee on your hands and prepare the dough by kneading it. If necessary, add 2-3 spoons of water.
Prepare stuffing like this:
Soak gram dal and urad dal in a vessel and keep it for 5 to 6 hours. After the stipulated time, grind chana dal and urad dal coarsely in the mixer. Add finely chopped chillies, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and green coriander and mix well. The stuffing of the farra is ready.

Now make small balls of the dough and keep them covered in a vessel. Now roll each ball like small puris. Fill the stuffing in the middle and fold it in half. Like Gujhiya, it does not have to be closed completely, just pressed. Prepare all the rounds like this.
