Recipe Of Cheese Overloaded Besan Cheela:

Step 1: First of all you have to prepare the batter for Besan Cheela. Sieve the gram flour and prepare a smooth batter from it as you do for Cheela. Now add salt and mix it and keep the batter aside for 10 minutes to set a little.

Step 2: Now finely chop the vegetables to be put in the pizza like capsicum, onion, tomato, corn or cheese whatever you like and lightly saute them.

Step 3: Now grate the cheese for the chilla. It would be better if you use mozzarella cheese. This will give a pizza-like taste. If you want, you can also use cheese slices.

Step 4: Now apply a little oil on the pan and spread the gram flour chilla on it and let it fry. Flip the chilla and fry it lightly from the other side as well. Now spread some vegetables on the fried side and put cheese on top.

Step 5: Now cover it with a lid or plate and reduce the flame of the gas completely. The chilla will keep cooking from the bottom and the cheese will keep melting on top. When the cheese melts well, take out the chilla in a plate.

Sixth step:Now put some seasoning and chilli flakes on the chilla. Serve this chilla hot. The taste of cheese overloaded chilla will be more delicious than pizza. You can make and eat it whenever you want.
