Most people make kheer on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami. But this time you should definitely try this special recipe of paneer kheer. Believe me, you will like the taste of this kheer more than rice kheer or makhana kheer. This kheer made from paneer can be made for the offering to Lord Krishna. By making paneer kheer as prasad, you can increase its taste manifold.

First step- To make Paneer Kheer, first grate the paneer. You should have about half a cup of mashed paneer.

Second step- Now heat ghee in a pan and add 15-15 finely chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios. Now fry the dry fruits till they turn golden.

Third step- After this, boil about one liter of milk in a pan and cook it on low flame. When the milk thickens and remains about 3 cups, then mix 6 strands of saffron, green cardamom powder and 6 spoons of sugar thoroughly in it.

Fourth step- Now add grated cheese and roasted finely chopped dry fruits to the milk and cook for a while. After this, add some condensed milk and cook the milk on low flame for about 4 minutes.

Fifth step- To enhance the taste of Paneer Kheer, you can also add grated coconut and some clean rose petals to it.

Sixth step- Your paneer kheer is ready. Now you can offer this special kheer to Lord Krishna. The taste of this paneer kheer made for prasad will be so good that you will like to make it again and again.
