  • 1 cup poha
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup gram flour

How to make Poha Pakodas

To make Poha Pakodas, first take Poha in a bowl and wash it, after washing filter the water and keep it aside. Now take boiled potato and mash it. After that, add boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, roasted peanuts, chaat masala, salt as per taste to the poha. After that add gram flour solution to it. Pakora mixture is ready. Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add oil into it. Now make the pakodas in round shape and put them in hot oil. Lower the gas flame a bit so that the pakodas get cooked properly. When they are cooked, take them out in a plate and enjoy hot pakodas with green coriander chutney.
