How to make Potato-Onion Paratha?

Many people in India eat potato-onion parathas with great fondness. If you are also fond of food, then you must try making potato and onion parathas in this way. Actually, often the stuffing is left somewhere in the potato-onion paratha, due to which the taste of the parathas starts to diminish a bit. If you also face such a problem, then definitely try this recipe of potato-onion paratha.

  • First step- To make Potato-Onion Paratha, first of all you have to knead 2 cups of flour in a bowl.

  • Second step- Now you have to mash 2 medium sized boiled potatoes in another bowl.

  • Third step- After this, mix one big finely chopped onion, one small finely chopped green chilli and 2 spoons finely chopped green coriander in the mashed potatoes.

  • Fourth step- To enhance the taste of potato-onion paratha, you have to add some grated ginger and salt to it.

  • Fifth step- Now you have to make two thin balls from the kneaded dough. Spread this mixture well on one ball and then place the second ball on it and roll the paratha with light hands.

  • Sixth step- You can fry this paratha well in oil or ghee.

Serve these hot potato and onion parathas with curd or pickle and enjoy their taste. Believe me, by making potato-onion parathas in this way, every bite of your paratha will be filled with stuffing.
